Drinking Liu Bao Cha

I can relax and just drink gold award 2010 liu bao cha when our great tea brewer David busy brewing tea for us at Yi Xian bak Kut Teh restaurant.

This gold award 2010 liu bao cha was selling at RM180 per kg, but now the price is RM580 per kg but you can only get this from private collectors...

Shou kong and me just enjoy drinking while David busy brewing the various type of tea we bring along..

Yi Xiang bak kut teh restaurant so far is the only bak teh restaurant tht provide full tea utensils for it customers, truly live up to the standard of bak kut teh since teh mean cha or tea...

for the brewing of ripe puer and liu bao cha no need to weight first as you can put in any amount the more thye tea broth will be ticker n stroner depending what taste you wanted..but for the raw puer espcially the 1000 yrs old temple puer tea david need to weight first about 9-12 gms for 5 person jut nice...

David bring along his feng Shui yixing tea pot for to brew this raw puer tea..

My favourite yam rice this is the best so far not many bak kut teh restaurant provide yam rice..
